Let's start by unpacking the metaphorical rocks in our lives. Picture this: big rocks are your non-negotiable goals and priorities, the guiding stars on your journey to success. These could be professional projects, personal aspirations, or anything that lights a fire in your soul. Think of them as the bedrock upon which your dreams are built.

Then there are small rocks – those delightful little activities that add flavor to your day. Whether it's brainstorming new ideas, catching up on your favourite blogs, or diving into research for your next big venture, these small rocks keep your creative juices flowing and your spirit inspired.

And of course, we can't forget about grains of sand – the mundane, day-to-day tasks that seem to multiply faster than we can keep up. From laundry duty to email triage, bill-paying marathons, and chauffeuring the kids to football practice, grains of sand are the tiny time thieves that threaten to derail our plans if left unchecked.
